Bricks is a proudly Emirati-owned, small-batch bakery dedicated to one thing: making
ridiculously good brownies. Born from a love of rich, indulgent treats and a commitment
to quality, we craft every batch by hand using thoughtfully sourced ingredients and a
whole lot of care.
We keep things small on purpose — each week, we bake in limited quantities to ensure
every brownie is as fresh and fudgy as it should be. Once they’re gone, they’re gone…
until the next drop.
Our brownie lineup is short, sweet, and made to impress:
• Dulce de Leche – Our signature flavor and total standout. Fudgy chocolate brownie
layered with creamy, slow-cooked dulce de leche for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
• The O.G. – The classic done right. Pure chocolate, ultra-fudgy, and deeply satisfying.
• Peanut Butter Filled – Our O.G. brownie with a rich peanut butter layer hidden in the
center. Salty, sweet, and absolutely addictive.
Brownies come in two hand-cut sizes: the Single Box (4 bite-sized cubes, perfect for
one) and the Shareable Tray (24 bite-sized cubes, ideal for gatherings or just keeping on
hand… no judgment).
